Shipping and delivery

Avrath ships within Australia and to selected international destinations supported at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. Some supplier-fulfilled or made-to-order merchandise may require additional processing. We will contact you if we become aware of a material delay.

Estimated delivery times

• Australia: approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch.
• Supported international destinations: approximately 10–25 business days after dispatch.

These periods are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays, weather and remote locations can extend delivery time.

Shipping charges

Available services and the final shipping charge are displayed at checkout before payment. Gadget orders generally offer Australian standard and express options and a standard international option. Merchandise shipping rates can vary by destination and fulfilment provider.

Tracking and separate parcels

Tracking information is emailed when it becomes available. Products fulfilled from different locations may arrive in separate parcels and at different times.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by their destination unless checkout states otherwise. If your destination is not available at checkout, we cannot currently accept delivery to that address.

Incorrect addresses and delivery problems

Check the delivery address before submitting your order. Contact gadgetsdemon1@gmail.com immediately if an address is incorrect. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment begins.

If an order has not arrived within the estimated period, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier or fulfilment provider.
